Ability to Represent Clients throughout the Country
All lawyers in the Netherlands are allowed to conduct cases in any Court except the Supreme Court. The Cantonal Court will deal with cases under € 5.000,-- plus employment and leasehold property cases.

The Regional Court will deal with cases above € 5.000,-- and appeals from the Cantonal Court. The Court of Appeal hears appeals from the Regional Court. The Supreme Court deals only with legal technicalities.
